How to buy?

Step 1: Visit www.iconicmedicare.com

Step 2: Click “SHOP NOW” (you may start shopping now)

Step 3: Select the item you want and click “add to cart”.

Kindly select the color that you wish to purchase before click “add to cart”.

Step 4: After added all the items into the cart, click “Checkout” to proceed payment.

Step 5: After click “Checkout”, select “click here to login” if you have an registered account with us.

Step 6: If you are first time buyer, you may click “REGISTER” button located on top right of the browser. Fill in the email, name, password, put a tick on “I accept the term of service and privacy policy” in order to sign up an account.

With an sign up account, you are able to trace your order status on our website by login to your account.

Step 7: Alternatively, you may scroll down and login using Facebook or Google account.

Step 8: After successfully sign up, screen as per below:

Step 9: Kindly fill up your personal details, shipping address and contact number. System will automatically generate the shipping charge based on your total order amount after shipping address has been filled. (please select self-pickup if you wish to)

Self-pickup location is available in Penang state only:
1. Iconic Hotel, Icon City, 14000 Bukit Mertajam.
2. Iconic Development, D Piazza Mall, 11900 Bayan Baru, Pulau Pinang.

*After order placed, kindly wait for our notification to inform you when your order is ready for collection. Email & SMS will be sent to you once order is ready for collection. The process will take within 2-4 working days.

Step 10: Tick the terms & conditions box and click “Place Order”.

Step 11: After click “place order”, select the payment method.

After payment made, you will auto direct back to our webpage. Congratulations! You have successfully made an order with us.

After order placed, you will be received two(2) email notification
1. Email from Iconic Medicare stated your order has been received. Invoice will be attached together in the email.
2. Email from KiplePay, inform your payment is Success.

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will received two(2) emails from Iconic Medicare. Tracking number will stated in the email.
