How to trace my order?

Step 1: Visit and click LOGIN (located on top, right hand side)

Step 2: Fill up your username and password, click “sign in”.

Step 3: After logged in, you may click “MY ACCOUNT”

Step 4: Click on “ORDERS” , you will able to check your order number and the status on the right side.

Order Status

Completed: Courier Service: Your order has been packed and shipped. Tracking number will be email to your inbox/ junk mail. If you did not receive, kindly check with our customer service

Self-Pick Up: Your order is ready to pick up at your selected location. By the time, you will be received an email and SMS to notify you to pick up your order, if you never receive any notification, kindly check with our customer service.

Processing: We’ve received your order, please sit back and relax. We will process ship out your parcel accordingly and all orders will be ship out within 1-3 working days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pending Payment/Failed/Canceled: The order that you placed is Failed due to pending payment or other matters. Kindly made payment once again or place another order to proceed payment. If you need any assistance, please contact our customer service.
