Job description for

To perform a variety of engineering tasks in Quality Assurance department including:

01) To be responsible the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meets the requirement.

02) Responsible for Quality Management of Product and In-Process activities.

03) Monitoring QA activities to achieve maximum quality and productivity.

04) Ensure the quality and quantity of gloves produced in the factory meets customer requirements at all time.

05) Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the Quality Management System.

07) To check on the QA data analysis and inform to the Production regarding the production problem from time to time.

08) Ensure the QA personnel are doing their job correctly and provide adequate training when necessary.

09) Interface with Operations to ensure transfer to Production of new products are accordance with approved requirements.

10) Analyze failure, corrective and preventive action to respond to customer complaints.

11) To ensure the SOP and all documentation related to ISO 9001 & GMP are maintained and up to date.

12) Write or review technical and performance specifications, quality levels, sampling plans, and inspection procedures.

13) Identify areas where specifications & procedures are lacking or lack compliance.

14) Motivate the work force to optimize productivity, quality improvement and efficiency.

15) Shall take additional responsibility as instructed by the immediate superior.

 

Requirement:

  • Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in the Latex Gloves Industry
  • Immediate hiring.

Job Requirement

  • Install, troubleshot and maintain all technology components – desktops/laptops, printers & software applications.
  • Basic understanding of network components will also be required.
  • Schedules and perform PC, hardware & peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades and repairs.
  • Package, test, deploy and update software.
  • To undertake any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
  • Have a good knowledge of all SAP software
  • Understand the pros and cons of the various SAP software

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent applicable experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication, customer service orientation and follow up skills required.
  • Able to communicate and fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien, English & Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

  • To design, implement and improve company quality standards
  • Checking that raw materials or components involved in the production process are of suitable quality.

Job Functions:

2.0 Ensure the gloves quality and quantity produced are meet to customer expectation.

3.0 Liaise with Maintenance for the system implementation and the process improvement at Production dipping lines.

4.0 Carry out testing and recommendation for process improvement based on the system improvement at Production dipping lines.

5.0 To liaise with Production and R&D Chemist for the new chemicals testing and ensure meet to the product requirement and standards.

6.0 To carry out testing on chemicals for further improve quality with efficient low cost.

7.0 To standardize and improve of the Production process tanks systems and ensure it meet the standards requirement. To minimize the wastages and mistakes at Production dipping lines.

8.0 To undertake any other responsibilities assigned from time to time by superiors.

9.0 To rectify any non-compliance in terms of quality and operational breakdown, responsible to halt the process or machinery.

Qualification

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering / Polymer Engineering /

Minimum 3 year experience in the disposable glove industry

Responsibilities

  1. To perform work as per working guidance / work instruction and has the responsibility to support Operation Manager in performing their daily task.
  2. To work together in achieving high quality product, high efficiency and safe working environment.
  3. Maintain records of the finish goods.
  4. Perform finish goods stock related duties, including returning, packaging and labelling.
  5. Arrange duty roaster for packaging staff.
  6. Up-date all product records and documentation.
  7. Ensure all the finish goods release with correct Lot Number and according to Delivery Order.
  8. Inspect the quality requirement and authorized the release of finished goods.
  9. Ensuring product quality meet with the standard specification required.
  10. Make sure workstation and environment are clean and free of hazardous items
  11. Follow the Standard of Procedure when enter to the packaging room and working area.
  12. Adheres to all safety and hygiene guidelines dictation the packaging room and handling of materials in the factory.
  13. Assist with shipping, packaging and inventory operations.
  14. Close adherence to internal SOPs and external regulations.
  15. Finalizing and packaging products for shipment.
  16. Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
  17. Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Preferred Knowledge/Qualification/ Experience

  • Must possess at least Secondary School / SPM / “O” Level, Professional Certificate manufacturing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years working experience in production related field.
